Periodic inspection and testing of high pressure cylinders, equipment and valves is one of the most important requirements when using gas cylinders.
In the physical laboratory of Tehran Farafan Gas, periodic inspection and testing of seamless steel and aluminum alloy cylinders under the INSO 6792 (ISO 18119) standard up to 450 bar pressure, acetylene cylinders according to the INSO 8237 standard, welded cylinders according to the INSO 18753 standard and also changing the gas service of cylinders under ISIRI 13103 standard is one of the other activities of this department.
Also, Tehran Farafan Gas Laboratory has been accredited based on the ISO/IEC 17025 standard from the National Accreditation Center of Iran (NACI). This company is a member of the Laboratory Iran high-tech laboratory network, Tehran Compressed Gas Association and also the Iranian Petroleum Equipment Manufacturers Association.
